We are now looking for a Customer Success Assistant to keep going further on our journey!
About the job & the team
The Customer Success team at PinMeTo is located in Malmö, Sweden, Gdansk, Poland and Helsinki, Finland. In this specific case we are looking for a Customer Success Assistant that is located in Gdansk. Customer Success makes sure the customer gets onboarded and set up to suit their needs both from an organizational and technical point of view. The team also handles day to day user support. Furthermore we guide and advise existing customers in their Location Marketing to ensure they get the most value from being a PinMeTo customer.
About the role
In the Customer Success team we have specialist functions that help the customers with everything from simple to complex technical questions, to advising the clients in Tactical and Strategic Marketing. The Customer Success Assistant comes into play in the middle of that mix.
As Assistant, your main responsibility is to administer customer account-related tasks, connections to various networks, investigate, handle and escalate technical issues, and assist our advisors at customer meetings. While being a part of the Customer Success Team you will also be involved in collaborations and projects with other PinMeTo departments.

- Having working knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack
- Digital native (know your way around digital services, apps and online tools)
- Having a great business level in English, both written & verbal. Other European Language are a plus (such as German, Spanish)
