We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help us expand our presence in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). About the role

As a Sales Development Representative focused on the DACH market, your core task will be to generate new business opportunities by identifying and converting prospects into qualified meetings. You'll receive a thorough introduction to our company and product, equipping you to engage effectively with potential clients. 

Your responsibilities will involve researching companies within the DACH region and reaching out primarily via phone and email. You will also have consultative discussions with senior colleagues and collaborate with other departments within PinMeTo.

Key responsibilities

• Map and research prospect accounts within the DACH market.
• Proactively prospect potential customers in the DACH region via phone, email, and other targeted outreach activities.
• Arrange discovery calls and meetings for senior executives to discuss their business needs.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential clients in our CRM.

The team

You will be a key part of our dynamic SDR team, which consists of 10 passionate and driven individuals working collaboratively and individually to achieve their goals! While this role focuses on the DACH market, you will be located in Gdansk, where you'll have SDR colleagues to collaborate closely with, as well as with the wider team based in different locations. You will receive ongoing coaching and support from the SDR Lead, including follow-up meetings and access to our internal Sales Academy, all designed to help you grow your sales skills and succeed in expanding our DACH market presence.

• Are native in German (both spoken and written).
• Are fluent in English (our company language).
• Have a drive to achieve clear goals, and a methodical, tenacious approach.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a proactive mindset and comfort with cold outreach, especially by phone, to connect with new contacts ☎️.

To get us even more excited, we see that you  

• Are fluent in Polish.
• Have experience or familiarity with the DACH business culture.
• Have knowledge of other European languages.
