PinMeTo helps businesses get discovered, found, and verified on the biggest search, map, and social media platforms. We are now looking for a Customer Success Assistant to keep going further on our journey!
About the team
The Customer Success team at PinMeTo is located in Malmö, Sweden, Gdansk, Poland and Helsinki, Finland. In this specific case we are looking for a Customer Success Assistant that is located in Gdansk. Customer Success makes sure the customer gets onboarded and set up to suit their needs both from an organizational and technical point of view. The team also handles day to day user support. Furthermore we guide and advise existing customers in their Location Marketing to ensure they get the most value from being a PinMeTo customer.
About the role
As an Assistant, your main responsibility is to administer customer account, connections to various networks, and assist our specialists with day to day taks.
While being a part of the Customer Success Team you will also be involved in collaborations and projects with other PinMeTo departments.
To thrive in this role we see that you are
- Structured & self organized
- Have an eye for details
- Fluent in Polish and have a great business level in English, both written & verbal
- Digital native (know your way around digital services, apps and online tools)
- This is a full time role based in Gdansk, Poland
- Since we work at the office, and not remote, we see that you live in Gdansk or have good commuting possibilities
