About the role
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the customer journey, ensuring successful onboarding and delivering the first value to our new customers. You will lead and execute the customer onboarding process from initial startup meeting through finalization, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal account setup for maximum ROI. This role involves building strong customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams and advocating for best practices to achieve customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and lead the entire onboarding process for new customers, from initial startup meetings through finalization, ensuring a smooth and effective transition
- Advocate for and implement the most optimal account setups for each customer, directly impacting their return on investment and fostering strong customer relationships
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition for customers, aligning expectations and goals for long-term success
- Conduct educational and reconciliation meetings ensuring customers fully understand and use our platform's capabilities.
To thrive in this role we see that you have
- A fluent level in Swedish, English and Arabic - both written and verbal
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Experience in managing customer expectations, customer success, marketing or sales (experience within the SaaS Industry is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable way
- Proactive problem-solving and a solutions-oriented mindset
- You have a strong attention to detail and ability to stay organize
