As we continue our global journey, we are now looking for a driven and service-minded Customer Success Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This is a consultant role where you will be focusing on our growth and expansion in the Indian market, where you will be the face of PinMeTo for our local customers.
The Assignment
As our CSM in India, you will be the primary link between PinMeTo and our growing customer base. Your mission is two-fold: ensuring a "first-class" onboarding experience for new customers and managing long-term strategic relationships to ensure retention and growth.
You will work closely with the Country Head of India and collaborate daily with our international Customer Success teams across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Excellence: Lead the entire onboarding process for new customers, from the initial startup meeting to finalization. You will work closely with our teams in Sweden and Poland to ensure a smooth transition and optimal account setup for maximum ROI.
Relationship Management & Ownership: Initiate and maintain long-term customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. You will act as the first point of contact for all customer queries, issues, and escalations in India, owning resolution end-to-end.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to align customer expectations with our platform’s capabilities. You will maintain regular internal account health updates, flag risks early, and provide structured feedback to ensure we are constantly improving.
Platform Advocacy: Conduct educational meetings to ensure customers fully understand and utilize the power of local marketing via networks like Google and Facebook.
To thrive in this role, we see that you have:
Experience: Previous experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role within B2B (preferably SaaS).
Local Market Expertise: An understanding of how Indian brands, agencies, and enterprises operate, including the need for fast-paced communication and managing high service expectations.
Network Knowledge: A solid understanding of the networks we work with, specifically Google Business Profile and Facebook/Meta.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Mindset: You are highly service-minded with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. You have a strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple accounts.
Communication: Excellent professional communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the ability to explain complex digital concepts in a simple, understandable way.
