About the role
The Customer Operations Representative role focuses on managing administrative tasks in relation to our customers accounts and their networks presence. In this position you will ensure that our customers stay up and running on the networks and have accurate data representing their businesses. Key qualities include proficiency in repetitive and administrative tasks, attention to detail and great organisation and investigation skills. The role involves working in close collaboration with internal teams to ensure quality and, when needed, representing your area of expertise in meetings directly with the customer.
Key Responsibilities
Review, create and troubleshoot new locations on the supported networks on a daily basis
Provide support and guidance to customers regarding presence on the networks, data quality, and account integrity and optimization both via email communications and meetings.
Work closely with Customer Success teams to provide technical support and expertise in customers projects
Collaborate with the Product Team to investigate, learn and find solutions on platform and network related issues
Your profile
Business level in Polish and English - both written and verbal
Great communication skills, with ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable way
Proactive problem-solving and a solutions-oriented mindset
You have a strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
You are a tech enthusiast, quick to master new platforms and comfortable troubleshooting
Nice to have: experience in managing customer expectations, customer success or marketing (experience within the Saas Industry is a plus)
