About the role 

The Onboarding Assistant position supports the Onboarding team and implementation processes for our new customers. In the team we have specialists that help the clients get value from our services as soon as possible after signing with us. You will support our specialists with day to day work by covering technical aspects of the onboarding processes, ensuring customers are up and running effectively. 

Daily responsibilities

• Location data verification
• Structuring data and information
• Assisting in client meetings
• Supporting problem solving of technical issues
• Having contact with Google support

The team

The Onboarding team at PinMeTo is located in Malmö and Gdańsk, Poland. This position is based in Gdańsk and our office is located in Wrzeszcz, Gdańsk (close to the PKP station) and we have a friendly atmosphere at our office, where you also can grab a snack and fruit to boost your energy. Being a part of the Customer Success Team, we make sure the client gets onboarded and set up to suit their needs both from an organizational and technical point of view.

Your profile

• Interested in location marketing
• Structured & self organized
• An eye for detail
• Customer oriented
• Good to have working knowledge of Google Workspace
• Business level English, written & verbal. Other European Language is a plus (such as German, French & Spanish)
